Pig in a pot

Pig in a pot. (My own invention)
For two people

You need:
1 Pork filet (trim off all the fat) cut in 3.5 cm thick slices.
2 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced and boiled until soft
6 button mushrooms, slices and fried until golden.
Some grated, tasty cheese
300-500 ml Fresh cream

In a hot pan, using good oil fry the medallions for two minutes on either side. When you turn them add the mushrooms and potato slices.
When done on both sides add the cream and let boil until cream reduces and turns golden brown.
Divide the meal into two oven proof dishes, sprinkle the cheese over them and grill until brown.
Serve with crusty bread and/or salad.
